I made a mistake lying down on my bed with a very sweaty back, turns out the medicine my Doc was giving for my ears made my kidney become more ruptured.

I felt the pain last 5 days ago with Keflex, which was supposed to calm down my urine reaction levels . Now I feel very nauseated and really sharp pains in my back, my kidneys feel as if they are a heartbeat. Anyone know what to do?
