If you wanna make friends you really gotta chill out and find some hobbies (auto correct suggested I write boobies instead of hobbies lol I thought this was worth sharing). You won't have anything to talk about unless you have common interests with people dude.
Say hi to random people and ask them questions or whatever. You could also enroll in some extra curricular stuff that would be a good way to practice socializing or whatever too.
