Not really, depends on opinions.
personally if I found that no one deserves I wouldn't vote at all, so I be clear with my own self.
but if you found someone deserves, why don't you vote? that's all
if there's no option to not vote in the voting paper or whatever you're voting in, that just doesn't mean you should vote forced.
