I'm totally surprised someone hasn't posted this yet.
Recommended settings:
Engage distance: 125
Dojo Size: 375-400 (375 is harder, 400 is easier)
Frames: 120-150
Turn: 10

Or do whatever. Oh, and grabbing should be off and DQ off in the dojo. ;)
