So I've been buying steam wallet codes to sell on the forums for toricredits, and I was thinking about it, and was wondering if I bought a pre-paid paypal debit card, would I be able to give the information from the card (similar to the steam wallet codes) to a person and then they would be able to cash it out into their account? because steam card $ doesn't sell at as good of a tc/USD rate, paypal gets a better rate, and since I am not 18, nor do I have a debit/credit card, I can't use paypal. But would I be able to sell the code so they can redeem it?
