Don't infract people for complimenting and appreciating other people's art.
Who are you to say something like "Wow nice head" or "This looks really good!" arent valid responses.
The art board is over moderated for no good reason and has been for a long time.
I have been on many different social media sites that have dedicated art sections, and this is the only one that blatantly punishes people for complimenting something.
