this is a list of the only members i give permission to recruit

IF U R NOT NE OF THESE PPLS U CANNOT RECRUIT AND WILL IMMEDATLY B REMOVED FROM SCREAM (I HAVE DONE IT B4 I WON"T HESITATE!)
However if u r one of those ppls he's how to recruit

However if u r one of those ppls he's how to recruit
- to recruit u go to WUSHU and they the person has to beat u 5 times (in a row does not apply), and they get only 2/3 (whichever 1 u want idc at all) to mess up
- if they loose they cannot retry for scream in 2 MONTHS!
- if they win u MUST PM ME ASAP and i shall add them in the list
