I want to make a few things clear to people on IRC:

1: You are not god on there. Stop acting like it.

2: Don't kick people, period. You may only kick if someone spams severely.

3: You don't need experience for IRC. It is a goddamn chat room program. It does not make you better than anyone else because you have used it more.
