easy.
first,open the head you want in gimp and then choose Filter----->animation----->spinning globe.set the spinning speed by changing the frames.

ah like everything here involves GIMP. I'll try.

also the coolest thing is about that head is that i did it COMPLETELY free hand! Skill.

Mwahahahahaha, I have nearly figured out ard's neon effect with GIMP.

It would be exactly the same, it's just that my gimp can't help but blur things for some reson.

I can do that easy. I try and make it with ard in it
