Some player always quit in the middle of the game when losing. Most of them are in the tops rank. WHY he doing that?

It's quite simple, really.

They want to be high ranked, so losing matches, for them, is bad. So when they know they're about to lose, they quit. It's lame and noobish, but you can't really stop them from doing it. :/

i reckon we should be allowed to punish this and i personally have had to deal with it when i pulled off an awesome move and they bail

ill ask veb or hampa to see if ingame mods have permission to kick these players if they do this and come back in

I think that's crazy to leave during a match. It's not honest.
If you win, you win, if you lose, you lose. That's all.
They should find a way to kick them.

Only thing is when the quit you still get the win

in games like halo if you quit in the middle of the game you lose more rank than if you stay and lose, would there be any way to incorporate that system into toribash

Jake, that would be a very good idea. Still as Kai-Tiger said, we'll talk with hampa to see if we and other in-game moderators can take care of them.

Yeah, I think it should count as a loss as well. It really isn't fair.

I agree, count quits as a loss, show them whos boss.
