Ok So I was playing TB suddenly it returned me to my desktop

and opened my webcam visual effects

so i closed the effects thingy


after a while , while foruming

a pdf file suddenly opened title'd "Owned.pdf"
It said
I SEE YOU LITTLE KID HAHAHAHAHAHA

with my picture of my picture in the webcam
so i was like WTF?

Does this happened to someone other than me before?
pls reply what other things to prevent or fix this


from using the internet and stuff for 1 year in my laptop
this day just come to this
