I agree with Jimbo. And the fact that he doesn't speak much English is a problem. The fact that he doesn't know much at all on our application is a bigger problem.

To be practical, a languange difference can get irritating and maturity is also another problem. While there is always the possibily that the worst guy on paper could be great in person, it's a lot more unlikely from our point of view than if you had filled out the form with complete info. While this isn't exactly like a business application, it sure helps if you approach it with just as much care.

I'm also worried about the low post count. It doesn't really say as much about personality, but activity is very important. Also, a guy with a high post count or old join date is less likely to leave in the next week or month.

I've gotta say no. You can apply again once you have become more familiar with tb forums.
