One of my ideas is to delete all of the form posts in the recruitment thread, so noone can copy others info to get the perfect form.

I think it's nice to have all the info. Of course, this current thread may be moved to the Pit of Secrets, with a duplicate made in its place, but I dunno whether it is necessary. Maybe seeing all the bad applications get rejected may show a future applicant to put more effort into it.
