Like th last 3 weeks I've been trying to put out my Idea for a new recrution plan. BUT noooo, I posted it conviently enough in the DEMOCRACY THREAD right before Ane and Ash decided to have a little grudge match... Its' old news now, but my plan kinda just got left in the god damn shadows

In the case of recruiting why not have a pre-recruits system? A system that would acknowledge considred players White to Brown Beltof their UNCE clan consideration, maybe even giving them a special tag. That way everyone can be a part of the recrution process, through peer-like evaluation.

There would be a seperate thread that lists the P.R.s and their accomplishments or areas of improvement. This would also be an ideal spot for any applications to the clan.

With a system as stated their would no longer be any confusion, beacuse of a more process like idealism.

I dont like it.

i can see it being used if there is a brown belt or something that is a freaking beast, kind of like SHOOK is, he does all his stuff in single player and i guarantee he could own many people on this game, and he is only blue belt.

but at that point, if they are phenomenal, we would probably grab them anyways?

I think we should have recriution meetings on who we want in our clan instead of randomly finding some one in a server, and asking them if they want to join.

Trust me, if some one PMed me to be in a clan, instead of looking at me in a server, and setting up a time to meet, I would want to be in the clan way more.

It is just a matter of respect.




P.S. I suggest we recruite AaronSasori, Previous Member of FreeLance...he has been seen clanless for a while now(I have seen this also), and I would jump on him quick if he is available.

that way noobs would say that they are in UNCE in this process. that would make us weaker. so i suggest we dont do it and keep our methods.

umm it would just be out of order... i really dont like the idea for that... and wat clan were u in before UNCE?
