yeh probably but remember jin has another side ( devil jin ) that would be hard to beat

jin would win big time. if he go devil jin he just blast a laser and game over. also tekken has better comboes so hampa would really lose.

but in toribash you could predict their moves and its more like slowmo so speed doesnt make any difference and he could see the laser comming when its fiering if its frames
