I say we should put one of the more senior and trusted members in the position.

We could always have a few people who can have the final say. That makes things easier.

I think we should see who'se interested before voting or if Steven wants to nominate someone. Also, actually looking for new members would be good but I don't see many cool new people around (then again I'm not looking).

Would be best to have Phail's input before we make any decisions. Assuming he ever comes back to us.
