Im starting this new clan called [Handicap] with the tag [H].
It will be blue belt and better to join.

I want someone else to lead the clan with me as an CO-leader. If you want that part then tell me and we can talk about it.

Ranks:
Leader: At start it will be me. But I might give away the leader position so someone else better in leading and stuff...
Co-leader: Your a good friend with all in the clan and got good leading skills. You are really nice and respected. And you will be fair with all people.
Veteran: You have proved your worthyness of the clan.
Member: Your respected by the clan.
Trial: The first step when you just joined the clan.

Goal/aim:
To get in harmony with the rest of the clans, and to be respected by people.
We will help other out and get rid of all the idiots of Toribash...

Story:
I was sitting home playing some guitar just when I got an idea: Lets make some weird pivot movies!
But it sucked... So I started Toribash. I played some wushu matches online and met lots of irritating players always screaming out: Haha! PWND!! SUCKER! YOU SUCK SO F*CKING BAD MAN!
After every match..... Irritating...
So I started a clan to get rid of them and to help out people.
And we will see how it ends..........

Im not so sure, youre expecting people to join, but you show no sign of organization, aim, structure or any management skills at all.

Why would people join your clan, whats in it for them?

Well firstly, your story is...well...useless
second, you dont have or havent stated your clan aim

try to work on those and your chances of a clan will be so much better

Organization is stuff like ranks and positions. Same for structure.

Aim is like what your clan hopes to accomplish, your goal, etc.

Also, fleshing out your story a bit would help.

use some bigger bolder letters for your main headings and sub -headings ect. Not too big but just so that its a bit clearer
