Yeah the head texture seems a bit too pixelated. Like you drew the whole thing in 1 or 2 thickness pencil. But at least you added some detail.

Size is 512, used thickness 1 for the eyes, and mouth. Then added a little shading. But it is my second gimp head. Gimme a break xDDDD

I really like this face, pixelated or not. I love how u put the bulging blood vessel and i like the eyes alot. All in all well done and keep up the good work :P 8/10

Not enough emotional vibes pulsating from it. Try affixing some more accessories.

Around 200, at least.

Maybe try and smooth the outlines and add a bit more detail around the mouth, other than that I like it, it's fairly simple yet original.
