There is a lottery for full 512 which I want really bad but I only have enough for one ticket barely I am getting 20k soon which I was gonna buy full 128 with.
Do you think I should buy 3 tickets or buy full 128?

The smartest thing would be to buy full 128.
But since i'm man who believes in luck,i would probably buy the tickets.
Since those 20k came so hard to you they should probably be lucky.

Title says it's full 512x512 lottery,but as prize it say 512x head lottery.

So if i was in your place,and the lottery prize is full 512x512 i would buy 2 tickets.
if the prize is 512x512 head i wouldn't buy it.

First earn TC. When you have a shitload of TC then you can waste your money on lotteries. It's stupid to use all your TC when you only have a 1% chance of winning.

You will get full 512. It says just head because the lottery system can only give one item at a time. A TSA will add the rest within 24 hours of someone winning the lottery.
