Here's an old FREECAM tutorial I made, good enough for you.
Programms you gonna need anyway: Adobe After Effects CS, Sony Vegas Pro, Final Cut pro.

You dont need to add fancy effects, make a clean and smooth video and you're gonna rock n roll. If you have any questions feel free to ask me.

get the twixtor plugin for vegas 10 or after effects, it's really great if you like slo-mo

If you wanna Twixtor that shit, make sure to record with at least 60 fps, or otherwise itll look weird.

Final cut pro costs 299.00$ Hell No
You gotta Love Free Trials.
Also Fraps works like shit when I try to record toribash. It freezes and it goes back to 1 fps and it doesn't record.

You've got the full version of FRAPS right? If not rectify that since the free versions is shit.

Then just turn on the no-sync option, TB will run slower when it's recording but the video will come out perfect.

Buy it on CD at software store , then install it
