The rates are below:

13k tc for 1 Euro
10k tc for 1 USD

20 Euro for full 512x512 texture items ( without ground texture)
25 USD for full 512x512 texutre items ( without ground texture)

20 Euros for the activeted inventory(no deactivated or collector items)
25 USD for the activated inventory(no deactivated or collector items)


I accept only Paypal or World of Tanks gifts.

I think you need aleast $70 to take out any money, not sure

Well, for the full 512x512 I am looking for the 19.95 Euro gift on World of Tanks. For the ground 512x512 along with an additional 40k ( meaning I give you 512x512 ground AND 40k TC ) to balance the payment, I am looking for the 9.95 Euro gift.

No, you can transfer even 1 USD if that's all you have on your Paypal account.
