Two cents no one asked for.
I was talking the other day to some of my friends about some "topics" which will remain nameless because they were very un-politically correct.

Still some guy comes up to me and goes "why the fuck are you talking about that? It's not even right dude!"

I got mad because he had no right in my conversation, what I want to know though did I have a right to be mad?
But in all reality... I think I might be insane...
It depends completely on what you were talking about.

Asking us if you did something wrong, without really telling us what you did is not logical at all.

If you're talking about something completely inappropriate infront of him, possibly in public infront of a lot of people, or maybe his child or something, he has every right to tell you to shutup.

So yeah, if you guys were being rude infront of a large group people, it's inevitable that they're gonna tell you to keep your mouth shut.

Sorry , I was joking about shit that wasn't really in good taste, borderline racist with my friends. But we were just hanging out in the front of the school AFTER school when it was us and maybe one or two more people

But what I wanted to know if we weren't talking about him. In fact I was making fun of myself and how mexicans act when no one is looking. He wasn't mexican but it made me wonder if he really had the right to say stuff to me like that.

Hmm, maybe the guy had a Mexican friend or parents that were Mexican. So I would only think that he would do that, but did he just say to shut up about it or did he get into a debate, because if he gave no reason other than he didn't like it then he probably shouldn't have.
<BISH> kick chan my modes are moving on their own~

While you certainly have the right to express yourself, it is important that he be afforded the same. If you offended him, it needs to be socially acceptable for him to make you aware of that; it's simply a part of belonging to a society, your actions require feedback so that you may gauge their acceptability.

TLDR: Grow up, kiddo.
This is rather strange to me because I live and have grown up in the predominantly black suburbs of Washington DC. I guess it might seem racist for me to say this but living here means you just gotta get used to hearing offensive things wherever you go. Now I love black people honestly and white people do it to. I hear the word "Nigger" every day. EVERY DAY!!!! When i hear the term white boy I know it's me and i turn around with a smile.

I'd say whether there is fault or not there wasn't much reason to get mad on either side of this story. Things like this need to be handled maturely and calmly.
Hold up let me see if I have any fux... Nope NO FUCKS!

Last time I checked, people (At least in my 'mericuh) have the right to shut up a racist. This isn't nazi germany people...

This topic is pathetic and shouldn't even need to be explained.

Moral of the story: Don't act racist or similar in ANY public area (was gonna say "forum" but people might find that confusing), act however you want in the privacy of your own home. Even have sex with your parents if you want (as long as you're a consenting adult), but don't do anything jesus/a little all american baseball player wouldn't do (in public).

With this said, close the thread... seems my point was missed, or I didn't state it clearly.

People just don't agree that you should go around saying dumb things and then say "NAH THIS IS AMERICA I SAY WHAT I WANT".
