The moment you 'realistically' draw a character's head (based on the head texture of your tori), you have to add some kind of a body (even if you don't have the rest of the body textures), it's natural to attach some kind of a body to already existing head.
That needs a big portion of imagination.
And doing the whole drawing based on the full texture set of a tori is even more demanding, because you need to design the body and it must look like natural transition from textures to full 3D body.
So, drawing the rest of the character's anatomy while you just have a head texture to start with is regular, same as doing the render using full tori's set of textures.
This applies if you have to draw a character based on your tori that is realistic.
If you are just doing a drawing of a tori same like he is looking in game, than that doesn't need any special explanation. Just draw your tori the same like he's in the game. Simple.
