I don't think anybody's sure yet. I could be wrong, but I think it isn't in use yet, and hasn't been announced what it is going to do.

RPG = Role Playing Game/Rocket Propelled Grenade.

My money's on the first one, but how can you make a Physics game like Toribash an RPG? Could be set missions like "Decap <name>"
