Not exactly "trying to steal" your password..
However , you should PM a member of staff with legitimate proof, as buying/attempting to buy or selling accounts is punishable by ban.

For future reference , when making any type of duel , make sure the person on the other end of the transaction has the item/tc they're offering.

OK I didn't know that he had no tc because I didn't know how to check and he said he has an alternative account on a different pc that has it, i don't believe that.

Selling accounts is not allowed. So by trying to sell it for TC or accepting an offer to sell it or it's password, you may be in risk of getting infracted yourself. Just FYI.

Also what Nigma said, yes, you can check other users' balances on forums to make sure they have the tc they're offering.

Try to stay abreast of most things dealing with toribash and being scammed should be rather difficult. Players familiar with the community/forum and how it works tend to get scammed only in item duels or USD trades, which may be inevitable if you agree to either.

In any case you should never consider giving away your passwords or any personal information regarding an account.
