So most of you already know some more than others. I feel like I can take over coleader because I think it requires a more cool headed person to fit in but first I will state some bad sides of me being co leader and what to expect of my bad side I am very hard on banning and kicking clan and in game anything that seems to about to happen I stop it with a ban or kick regardless of whom. I am very firm on laws and democracy no matter how good your idea is as an individual the vote goes to majority. Now for the nicer things I take action on things as soon as possible once information on things as an event I will put it together wether it takes me an hour or three. I am nice person and very hard to piss off clan members get a little more slack but I rarely get mad all rage I do is mostly for fun. When comes to deciding things for clan it's democratic but when it comes to a war the order is decided by me very one will get there chance if your an Abomination at playing I will straightly tell you that you won't play because your not as good as others however if I see we are winning you will be put in. I will usually keep in mind 3-4 weeks ahead of what we're actually doing in the clan it may not be ready 100% but you can ask and I will tell you the general information of it. It's very easy for me to explain things to people but I usually generalize this is band for some people but I do have the specifics simply ask for them as I have never included specifics because I think people assume the way I do. I edited our ranks, let me explain them:
Leader: Ofc the leader of the clan, decides everything.
Sexy as fuark. The 2nd leader rank
Co-leader: Same rights as the leader, helps with decisions and so on.
Diamonds: Something like a clan council, they are allowed to make wars and invite players to the clan. Also they can vote on our recruitment thread.
Stones: They are normal members, don't have any extra permissions.
Coal: They are the trial members, they are on trial usually for a week. After that week I am deciding if we keep them or kick them.
Bank: Simply our bank for wars, getting official, buying banners and so on. All donations go to it.
