Don't know why, but when I play Tb ( steam version ) I play with 30 fps. Deleted it now and installed the normal version and it works with 60 fps.
I still have steam, but I don't play Tb with it.

I normally play with less then 30fps, now with the steam version I play with 60fps...
30fps is better tho.

Because 30 fps is faster, 60fps goes very slow what's kinda anoying.
If it goes under 10 then it starts to lagg. That's the worst
