1. Gemologists, maybe because gemologists deal with gems. Diamonds are gems, meaning that this could mean Gemologists (council) therefor deals with sorta social aspects of the clan, aka applications, decisions, planning stuff, since in this case "Diamonds" are people, not underground minerals.

Not sure if I agree with the war team name. "Sharp Diamond" is just an adjective placed before the word Diamond (which is the previous rank). Maybe could be a bit more creative? >.<

Fuck, another thing.

Instead of just "Mine" for the bank, we should probably make it more distinct and not so obscure, since Mine can be read as different meanings, making it slightly confusing if you don't really know the topic of our whole clan. We could just put the word "The" before mine, so it is less mistaken for something else.
