Ehh, RKG is correct. You have to buy no-qi items through the market, from marketeers. to have it transferred to our account you would need a tsa or whatever they are called. Now if you won a GM tourney and got it no qi. That's an entirely different story

Im not quite sure how I came in possesion of it, but either way, 20k is the minimum now, if someone wants it that is the lowest

Yes, and if I remember right they charge a percentage of whatever the item costs for the transfer.

Or they just charge a random fee, idek. You also aren't allowed to keep items that you are selling on the forums on the market at the same time, you could get infracted.
