Finally a thread about the ranks
Okay I'd go in deeper detail but this is just a summary thread.
here's info about the ranks.
Leader: Self explanatory.
Co-Leaders: hm... still thinking if these are necessary. wait for updates.
Evil Elite: This is the top status for being a member. Member's reach this rank if they have been in the clan for a pretty long time, at least six months. Members also reach here if I think they have the in game skill to be here and if they contribute and are really active on the forums (some exceptions). The Evil Elites are also the recruiters of the clan and they have the power to recruit on their own and we trust their word that they recruited a good member.
Evil Special: Not really a rank, just shows which members are good at what like texture making.
Senior Members: these guys have been in the clan for around 3 months and know a lot about it.
Members: The newbs of the clan :P. They have either just joined or joined for a little while. They can test members but they can't officially add new members. they can only suggest them. You may not stay a Member for long if you prove yourself worthy of moving up.
More ranks to come cause I don't think this is enough. Do you?

I like that format. Too many ranks causes confusion. If somebody has a special role in the clan, then thy go into evil specials. I let too many people be mods when I was leader and the roster just became a complete mess. Keep it as is IMO.
1. the co - leaders can be those pple who the leader trust in case of illnes/inactivity/ or "whateverthatcanmaketheleaderbeinactive"... and those should be selected directly by the leader...
2. the "specials" members i think arent neccesary... they are members or elites, but "specials" gives a member a rank that is strange in my opinion... and, too, a simple member could say "im good at makin textures" for not being a simple member and be a elite...

good point shlimmy. how about a rank called "Senior members"?
Tinerr, that's a good point as well looks like I'll have to get samples from each. But I don't think Evil special should be a rank, just a little place that shows who can do what.
Imubai, simple is in most cases better. I guess we can keep it the way it is. But I feel their should be more roles in each rank. But it's maybe just me. what do you guys think?
