To be honest, this head is has some stuff that has to be improved.
The eyes - They're really seperated. You may want them to be looking in the same direction(unless you made it on purpose).
The mouth - if you wanted it to look like :3, then you should probably make it more round... like this
The glasses - you should change the reflections, so they're not mirrored.
The hair - imo, it should be "sharper" on the right side.
The lines - they have to be thiner, sharper on the ends. OR you may want to use just shapes.
I just said all the mistakes that I could find...
Other than that, it's a nice head. I like how you made the top of it. The idea is pretty good too.
