In your case, you will not be penalized because (1) it's a small ban, and (2) I believe it was an honest mistake.
People like rannane, who scam and account share, could face being kicked from the clan, penalized severely in terms of rank and respect, even being blacklisted from the clan. Does it make more sense now?
Yes, it dose make our clan look bad, so just before you get banned, it just dosen't make you look bad it makes us look bad also. So just be careful and courteous.
