In my time in Toribash I have only been in 3 clans. Two of which had most of the same memnbers. Then I joined le. I found that it wasn't the atmosphere I was looking for. it felt to laid back and we hardly ever did anything as a clan. Plus I didn't agree with one of the leaders.
Is it going to be a problem now that we have different members than you are used to? And are you going to disagree with the leader?

Overall you sound like a decent guy but I haven't seen anything of you and some of the things you say don't make much sense and kind of contradict themselves. I don't knnow if there's just stuff I'm missing or what exactly but it makes me a little bit worried. Come in the IRC, I'd be happy to have a chat with you at some point.

From the IRC just now. Some investigation may be required, though join date shouldn't be a factor in an applicant's consideration, unless that join date is "yesterday".
I must say that the second two points aren't too much of an issue for me. Before I got too terribly involved with my previous clan, and sometimes even now, I don't post too much. I was invited to this clan because I was considered to be a prominent figure in the Discussion board. I think I've posted twice in the past month there. I like to lurk in various areas of the forums (General Reports (and I occasionally help out the mods if they seem stumped or something takes a while), Discussion, and Off Topic), rarely poking my head out. So Static saying that he may lurk more than he posts isn't an issue for me.
Lurk's reasons for kicking Static from (le) seemed to be personal instead of professional, if we are to assume everything Static said is correct and true. If Static says that any issues with the clan will be openly discussed if he gets accepted, we'll have to trust him on that. I like him so far and he seems very personable and eager to get to know everyone. For now, he can consider himself to have my vote.

Honestly, after having him in two clans that were under my direct leadership, i can confirm that he is completely capable of posting and keeping up with the forums, and no, i doubt he would have any hardcore issues with our clan, nor would he choose to leave or freak out because of them.
From my basic knowledge of knowing him for over half my tb career, he's a very good player, a nice guy, and can be mature when he needs to be but let loose when it comes to having fun with with the clan. If anything i'd have to give this man a yes, because i really can't think of any downsides of having him in tl;dr.
