from what I've seen it means basically only friends of people in the clan (or ones that bother to actually get to know them in irc before applying like Oni) gets approved

Although im entitled to agree, I dont think we should be dening worthy members, For example: Members with 10k+ post count,10th dan, 1kk+ Money.

Kick the founder? I mean the french put ol' Louie on the guillotine didn't they?. And exclusive as in only exceptional members simply knowing someone isn't enough seems like we still need some work on this as there's a lot of flip flopping going on from applicant to applicant.

Exclusive is people fit a certain pedigree, who are above average, whom we like.
