i had this idea that, with our bank or bot or whatever, could set up a permenant juice server. so we could get known? is this possible, ive seen a couple of clans and organizations with servers, irc, and social groups.

I think that would be sort of hard. For the contestants, I mean. But I do like the idea.

I was on the lines of making one of those banner competitions where they see what we would need banners for and they could make them. Winner gets so much money, 2nd/3rd place, ect. You know the drill.
