He isn't really made to kill his opponent early game. If you're a good tf, you'll push out your lane, and then gank almost every time your ult is up, and get the snowball rolling by cs, and a couple kills off of ganks. Late game, he's a monster who explodes people, and never misses out on a fight. Lich bane proc + e timing + gold card + wild card = unhappy enemy team.

The LCS EU also kicks off with GG vs EG. Top 2 Regional teams going up against each other in the first week is awesome. They won't vs each other again till 6th week.
