Yeah I think that's a good decision.

I dont think you can change it
maybe you can delete the dq sound and put in a new one and name it the same way as the dq sound

It should work . If you can change your windows start up music , then you should be able to change your dq sound. Make sure its the same file format tho . But im not sure if will mess with the multiplayer since it is a adjustment on your computer . I recomend backing up all your mod, scripts and replay files just in case somthing goes wrong .
