Just joining a clan in order to be part of a clan is kinda meh. It's more about either joining a clan where you actually know some people (or where the members seem to be quite nice to hang out with, etc), joining a clan that's focused on your favorite mod, or about joining a clan that wants to be somewhat competitive. At least in my opinion.
