ima hafta say no too. I didn't have confidence that you would be an active enough member, and the fact that yyou are going inactive nao isn't a good sign for me.
also, while I have no problem with using old replays if they're good - alot of people make their replays specifically for applying, and that was another sign to me that you aren't very active.
