is this just a mod ? and do i need UT 2004 to play this ?

So finished playing for about 5~ hours, went through easy campaign and normal campaign about twice~, I met some really cool people that had mics but sadly I didn't, once we started playing we all found out they we were canadian (or should I say I found out since im a little profile lurker)

Anyways, point being, I got to level 15 and had a blast, will be playing alot tomorrow probably.

so direct steam download ? no game or engines required to play this ? and when its finished downloading and when i launch it its says Launcher Error...dunno why. Im downloading it again to see if it will fix the problem.

Playing it atm with my brother, it's pretty cool. I am liking the look of all the unlocks you can get.

If you look back a page you'll see that someone has the same error, it might be the same issue.

Yes, there is a direct steam download, yes you don't need anything else to play it. You could basically call it a standalone game.

hmmm i read the previous post.does AMD Athlon(m) XP 2500+ 1.84 Ghz have a SSE2 instruction set ? maybe thats the problem.if this game is based on the UT2004/Source engine,i should have no problem playing it,cuz i run HL2 and CS:S smoothly.any suggestions ?

All I know is that, that is a pretty bad CPU which might be the problem, you should look into upgrading it.

1.25 gb ram
and 1.8ghz proccesor.
its not so bad.its good enought to run the souce engine with a nice 30-35 fps.
