I think they still do.. If you PM a clan mod, you can get the test on irc or something.
At least that's what I read not long ago

Problem is I was chatting to dannyrug on irc and he said they don't do it anymore but then I talked to creation and cheshyre and faint and they told me they still do but u have to ask the testers

Nope. Unibash is dead, no testers are available.
You can ask Holybutler/Hero, they were the heads of it all.
