A sparring is if ... lets say I run towards tylander and jump over him, he kicks me into the face.I get knocked out for... 3 turns, stand back up and start attacking on him.The whole thing has to be really realistic,smooth and you have to say your partner/enemie what exacly happens now (I do it like that every time I spar with guys that know what it means to spar).
Yeah to see what I mean just watch the spar Airoblinn posted...

EDIT: Saw your sparring Inferno.The run was ok but after the run everything was off from sparring.Not really realistic, it was "smooth" but... you used your hands too often in an unrealistic way ya know.
