The first one looks nice. Perhaps maybe people will not find it a funny sense or nothing quite outstanding. I have seen other t-shirts designs and they are very good so there is a hard competition. The second one is too direct. Looks nice itself but maybe some people will not like their friends to know that they are playing this game in such an obvious way.
I would rate the first one 6/10 and the second one 5/10.
*I am not into art as much but I just got a great idea. How about designing a tori with toris head on his hand. And imitate like Shakespere "Be or not to be". I dont think its much difficult and would be good to be the result.
