How so?
Yes I know he[Gynx] gave the message of inactivity to a lot of old clans, but it is the job of the clan council to actually decide what clans are Alive/Inactive/Dead, The C-mod are ones that do the deed, but the deed was in-fact put into action by the anonymous members that form the clan council. Personally I've not seen any wrong doing by Gynx, Or the rest of the C-mod for that matter. I do believe it sad that such inspirational clans such as [Urban] [RAWR] [bncy] and others(?) where put to rest. Although if they don't do their jobs then they don't deserve responsibility for said job.
Now onto the matter of bias in the clan council I,E, Not killing a clan because the said clan mod is in said clan. The Clan council does not only look for one forum of activity, They look for a number of factors for identifying an active clan. Those being: Firstly Forum activity, Looking for posts with a high quality) in-game activity, Participating within in-game events such as Clan League, Clan Siege and Other clan based events) IRC activity, A clan needs active members and it needs an IRC for instant messaging, A clan without an IRC will gain posts that are seen as spam and could be better of said in IRC.)
So, what we see here is that most clans that appear inactive actually have a vast majority of members speaking in IRC, I,E, My clan Inquisition, is not all that form active. But the majority of the active members are in #claninq The IRC channel of our clan.
The reason that I think (Yes) Failed was because of the lack of an IRC active member base. Literally only me and fallu where ever in there(Only including myself and the only (Yes) member that showed up(Others such as Fudgiebalz and Moop where in there at times))
