We had 5 Anonymous Judges, only 3 did survive (well, 2 and a half...). So, I have results from two judges and the 3 first votes from a third. To you remember, each judges had to make their "Top 5 favorite replays". The first replay of each list gain 5 points, the second of each list gain 4 points, etc.
The Final results for the second stage (I am working on the video) :
(The numbers between the ( ) are the votes + judges points)

Thiggist : Commentator, owner of a radiophonic voice
Toriito : "Ninja Warrior 2" 3D Introduction
Jisse : Mods and replays modification (to make the ghost thing possible), good at bj
Swexx : Replay maker, special - Fuck noo that ninja will make ma win too much harder - boss
Oblivion : Thanks for your support
Flash : Thanks for your interest, future special boss
New mod soon.

Well, could someone tell me where I find the frame where the trigger for the goal is activated ? I think the last "frame" line I can see in the replay (open with notepad) is the last frame where the tori is changed, but I am not sure it is the frame too where the goal is reached and the trigger activated.

It is just the last movement of joints, not the last frame before the end of the replay. The way I find the time on a bunch of replays is make them all the same length then see how many frames are left when the goal is achieved (In this case, touching the ball) then take that amount away from how many frames were in the replay and there's the time.
Why not just watch the replay and before the tori touches the win ball, pause it , hold down Shift and keep pressing P until you find the exact frame in which the player touches.

That is what I am doing, I have no choice for now.
