Torsos do work - 3.63 fixed the torso colour bug & the textures have worked since 3.6

Here's a major bug:

When you hold down Shift to make signs or capitol letters, a letter with `Д^'~Ј or something like that above it, e.g. ф or ќ appears. This happens even if I click shift and 7 at the same time to make a slash. This is terrible for those who in face know the meaning of the word grammar, and uses capitol letters and signs often. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? And also- the frame rate is reduced with 40%.

Go into options and set your frame rate to 60

Shifted keys are working fine for me, I'd check they keyboard settings in your OS.

In game rules and setups, the rollover helps are gone. so you dont get told what you are adjusting. I now what most settings do, but never players could be confused with things like flags, dq flag, sumo and stuff.

Thanks. The framerate is awesome now, but the shift stuff ain't working.

I've reviewed the settings, and defaulted them. Can it be something with me having Norwegian windows?
