I might be able to help ;)

Also you guys I need some help from some smart ppl xD
I've been working out like crazy last week and I'm starting to see some results
But I did the work out this time and I dont feel a burn anymore, I just seem to run out of breath more often. Does this mean that I'm not trying hard enough?
i am also in the gym regularly so i can tell u that if u dont get more than six hours of sleep every night after a workout the results will be reduced and your body's fatigue builds up besides your muscles are still getting used to the workout, eventually as u keep doing your exercises u will become more fit and stop running out of breath (takes deep breath) in a nutshell take some rest in between intense workout days and do it every other day until u get the hang of it for now, hope that was helpful
Im soo Legendary it almost hurts !!

Seeing results after just a week ? Interesting. Normally it takes longer to see results.
Anyway, about the burn.If you do the same exercises every day(or every other day) , your body gets adjusted faster and your progress will be slowed because you're using the same muscles.Try to mix up different routines, keep it varied and don't train just some aspects of your body.If some exercise seems easy, chances are you're not doing it like it's supposed to be done.
Also,I don't know what you're trying to achieve. If you want a more defined body(as in "ripped") or you're trying to lose fat quicker,it's best you begin the training with cardio exercises.Jogging, cycling, skipping rope and the like(skipping rope may seem like a pathetic thing to do,but it's way more tiring than it looks.Your upper body and shoulders will be feeling in the morning. It substitutes jogging fine and you can do it at home). If you want to get more "buffed" do strength then cardio.
When you're training, just do it.It's better to train hard for half an hour than to do sloppy training for 3 hours. It also helps to set achievable goals so you can see progress when you get to them.As with pretty much anything, you'll get better with time.At one point you'll stop seeing progress. It's crucial that you keep exercising at that point if you want to achieve anything.

hmm, Then I guess I should get more than 3 hours of sleep each day O.o

LT: Also I'm doing different sets of excercises everyday so I dont think variety is the problem
Also strength and cardio are the only things I've been doing xD

I Guess I'll just try harder next time then

Thanks for the help guys!

Okay well.
When I started a core exercise I had done it for about a month then it seemed to get easier and easier but I found out I was not doing it properly so maybe your doing that or maybe your muscles have grown and your body has gotten use to it, in which case you should up your game maybe add a new exercise into your routine or just do more of what your doing.

Here are just little tips for muscle building and what not.

1st eat carbs before your exercise. Eg pasta, raw oats. Eat protein after exercises. Eg chicken, fish. Oh and USN protein shake is also very good.
2nd after your exercise the 40 minutes after your exercise is when protein will be most effective.
3rd you eat carbohydrates before a exercise because it gives you energy and you eat protein because after you have done your exercise the protein repairs muscles and builds muscles even after you are finished your work out.
4th you should always stretch before your exercises I will explain what type of streching and why you must stretch later.
