I haven't been in this clan long enough to know if you're telling the truth about being in this clan previously or not, but the rules clearly state you must have at least 3rd dan black belt. You may have mistaken this clan with another, im not sure if this has ever been considered a dead clan, but i will leave it up to the older members to decide on this.

I say no anyway due to the belt, if none of the above is put into account.
