Most body builders use protein shakes and the six times a day thing is also brilliant. It speeds up you metabolism.
Here are some tips on eating too much.
In order to not eat to much try and drink water with all meals it fuels you up faster oh and eat salad with most meals.
Tip on working out:
Always drink water with your exercises so you don't dehydrate I can't really remember the reason why but I think it's got to do with your blood needing do be enriched other wise your muscles wont grow and their will be no point in you exercising.
Another tip is when your exercising always breath, one of my dads clients were doing a excersise but were holding their breath and they popped a vain in their eyes.
