Heya regarding the clash event, setting a date for a match doesn't work well (since it's not exactly mandatory and there's always a chance some won't be able to make it). That was proven well over many times in the previous round. My advice is try to be active as much as you can during this particular event (that you can organize) and "harass" the other team in-game with PM's to join and make the duel. Add them on your bigbro list if you have one, so you can track them down. That's how we managed to get our match done anyway. Just saying, and anyway you have like 4 days left so there's still some time. Good luck!
